Trustworthy Travel agency. Me and my family was looking for a trustworthy travel agency in Luton and we were really worried because we were travelling for Umrah for the very first time. But Haleema Travels and especially brother Khurrum made sure that we were given the most reliable facilities throughout our journey in both Makkah and Medina! I wanted to thank you for arranging our trip so well. Our stay in Makkah and madinah was so relaxing and stress free and I owe this to you. Otherwise we have heard some horrible stories that how people are left on their own when they land there but i would recommend everyone who want to focus more on their ibadah and worry less about anything else that they should come and get their package from you. The flights/buses , hotels and the food everything was simply amazing!! We even got to check in early in the hotel which was definitely a plus. We didn’t face any problem in commuting or while staying there which enabled us to focus more on our Ibadah instead of worrying about other things. I pray that Allah increase your rizq and facilitate your ways for you , the way you have facilitated this trip for us ameen. Looking forward to come back to you again in near future إن شاء الله

I went to Umrah in October 2019 with my partner. Everything from start to finish was perfect. Arslan (operations manager) from Haleema Travel was very good at answering questions before I booked. They gave me the best possible (5*) package with direct flights from London Heathrow at a very competitive price. The price they gave me included Visa costs and transportation costs too. Arslan was always very good at communicating with me, he would respond to e-mails/ WhatsApp messages straight away. The hotel in Mecca was literally 2 minutes' walk from the Haram. The hotel in Medina was literally 2 minutes' walk from the Haram (Ladies side) Haleema Travel also gave me a full list (with timings) of the taxi's a few days before we flew out. Once we got to Saudi, all the taxi's were organised by Haleema Travel. All taxi's arrived on time, and I would get a message from the taxi driver beforehand to let me know what time they would be coming etc...Tariq was our point of contact in Saudi, and he was very good at contacting me and remind me of my taxi bookings a day before travel. I would 100% recommend Haleema Travel. They are very well organised.

Haleema Travels are truly exceptional in what they do. I recently performed Umrah with my family and the service provided was nothing but magnificent. The co-ordination between staff in the UK and Saudi and especially brother Tariq was really special. Went with haleema travels to umrah in 2014 and had no problems at all. Went with my father this year for hajj and am so glad i did! No complaints at all, great food and great service, made my hajj journey very nice and enjoyable. Will definitely recomend to everyone to use Haleema travel.

Would highly recommend Haleema travels for anyone considering Hajj or Umrah. Absolutely fantastic service, going beyond what was expected. Went on Hajj this year (2019) and had no issues whatsoever allowing the group to solely focus on the purpose we were there for. The staff were extremely friendly and always around for help and advice. Food was first class and always available on time. We didnt have to wait more than 10/15mins for any transport service and the religious guides were excellent and always happy to go out of their way answering questions and giving advice. All in all excellent service and would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service. Haleema Travel organised our Umrah/Pakistan travel package with accommodation transport etc. Both hotels in Makkah/Madinah are on the doorsteps of Haram. we had no problem during our stay. We had an amazing experience. Their agents in Saudi were coordinating and helping as well. Booking was made very easy and hassle free, and the whole Umrah experience was wonderful . I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends & will without a doubt use again in future Insha Allah.

I have just returned from an amazing Umrah experience with my children. The trip was facilitated by Haleema Travels (Arsalan bhai and Khurram bhai) and the service provided was excellent. Great hotels in brilliant locations, transfers within Saudi catered for ( Tariq bhai in Saudi on point/ Zain and Imran). Thoroughly enjoyed being able to have a fab experience with complete peace of mind and ease. I was over charged for my umrah visa by my agent who passed my passport to Haleema for processing. The agent refused to return my money. Although I was not Haleema's customer, I requested them to intervene and assist with the matter. They provided assistance and my funds were returned to me, so thank you, I appreciate your help.

I went with the family for Umrah for 10 days in Feb-19 through Haleema Travels Ltd. They provided an excellent package suited to our needs, which included a door-to-door transport service. They also have an excellent travel rep (Tariq Masood) based in Saudi Arabia who was at hand for any issues. Overall, I recommend Haleema Travels Ltd and I would use them again for any future plans for Umrah or Hajj.

Firstly salaam to all at Haleema travels. I traveled on 22/01/2018 to 03/02/2018 for Umrah. We planned this within 3 weeks prior to the above dates. And amazingly Haleema travels had everything sorted for us really quickly. Brother Khuram was a fantastic help. This was our first Umrah, I traveled with my mum who was very unwell 4 months before our departure and her dream was to perform Hajj. But due to her health condition we as a family arranged Umrah first and hopefully inshallah as her health progresses we will arrange Hajj with Haleema travel. My father and sister were also on this journey with us. The agent there in Saudi his name was Tariq, he was very helpful and supportive. Brother Tariq called us many occasions to make sure we were ok and also give us updates on our Ziarath. I and my family are and always will make dua for all the brothers at Haleema travel and everyone that supported us while we were there. Our guide who helped our mum brother Kasar was mashallah brilliant. He helped my mum with the Thwaaf on the first floor as she was on a wheelchair. Brother Kasar also kept in contact to make sure everything was ok, he even provided medication for my father who was unwell on our first day all it took was one phone call and he was there with the medication in 5 minuets. Allah give him so much health and happiness. Ameen. Our Umrah package was set according to our needs and we didn’t feel lost or confused on what to expect. We felt as though we had been there before because of all the amazing support. I need to mention one certain humble brother Samiullah. He was just a regular worker at the mosque in madina. He showed us around most of the sacred places and gave us knowledge about our Prophet Mohammed PBUH. And lastly our driver brother Arshad was the sweetest and patient person we had met. He kept us safe in our Ziarath journey. I my whole life will pray for you all. And inshallah will arrange Hajj with you too. I ask anyone who reads this review and go direct to Haleema travels, you won’t be disappointed. And on our return back in Luton I have sent Haleema travels contact to so many family and friends. I've travelled with Haleema Travel many times- my first holiday experience was so good that I booked every holiday after that through them. I also recommended them to my family and now everyone I know only books their holidays through Haleema Travel. I was a little apprehensive about booking with an unknown company at first, but their professionalism, helpfulness and efficiency won me over before we even boarded the plane. They accommodated to each of my requirements and they provided me with a bespoke holiday. We stayed in outstanding hotels, transport was provided and my family always felt safe and well looked after. We had an issue with one of the hotels (no fault of Haleema Travel) but when we informed Haleema Travel of this, they intervened and sorted out all the reservations we had immediately. I have always found Haleema Travel extremely honest. They provide outstanding value for money everytime and always give good advice, making sure they deliver as promised. What a great little well organised travel company. They gave my husband & myself the cheapest ticket & also gave us great travel advise.
